Meet the original Scholar and Scoundrel

Chad and Anthony had spent 20 years in the restaurant industry before starting their own venture as “Scholars and Scoundrels.” Anthony would visit Chad, who was then a bartender, and the two would chat over drinks of their dreams of owning a bar & grill. They decided to start small as a “steak night” catering company for local bars, then finally garnered enough finances to open their first official “Scholars and Scoundrels” location in southwest Houston. S&S continues to expand around the Houston area with a second location in west Houston
